Rent or buy? i read the article today on the train. No comments coz i only have one choice: rent. Even though i am sick of it..Feel like buying my own cozy nest ! My brother bought 2 bed apt at the ridiculous high price. I guess he is gonna strugle for at least next 20 yrs because of the mortgage. But it is wonderful thing he and his lovely wife build up their own nest and work hard for it. My friend wendy bought her one-bed  room too, she wrote about her renovation and interior design story on her space upto episode 5 so far.......her effort and her joyce...i can only imagine and be happy for her.

 

I can change my weekly saving from 200 to 300 if i can reduce my luxury make up spense or meal out.....

I also can hunting new job and get more pay......

Or get second par-time job. ...

Maybe......Opo..It is the my station. Stop my daydreamming. Get back to my real life. Walking to my rent place.
